HOW TO REGISTER
Register online first, then head to the counter with your physical ID — read the official ticketing guidelines before you go.
Step by Step
Register on the Website
Log in with your PES SRN and browse the Events page. Find the event you want, open its ticket modal, and click "Add to Cart". Once you have everything, proceed to Checkout and place your order. No online payment — you just secure your slot online first.
Register before going to the counter
Website registration is mandatory for every in-house event before visiting the ticket counter. Walk-ins without a prior registration will not be accommodated.
Registering for a friend?
Your friend must have completed their own website registration first. You can then purchase on their behalf at the counter — their original physical ID card must be presented at the time of payment.
Save your Order ID
After placing the order, note your Order ID — the counter volunteer will use it to look up and verify your registration.
Head to the Ticket Counter
Once registered online, visit the Aatmatrisha ticket counter in person. You must carry your original physical college ID card — no digital copies, screenshots, or photocopies will be accepted.
Physical ID card is mandatory
Every student must carry their original college ID card for every purchase. This applies even if someone else is buying on your behalf — your original ID must be present.
Buying for a friend
If purchasing on behalf of a friend, the friend's original physical ID card must be presented at the counter at the time of payment, in addition to your own.
Daily verification & clearance
All registrations are verified and cleared at the end of each day. Your registration status will be updated on the website accordingly.
Pay via UPI at the Counter
All payments are processed exclusively through the POS machine using UPI. Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances. Scan the QR code shown by the volunteer, complete the payment, and your physical ticket will be issued on the spot.
UPI / POS machine only — no cash
All transactions go through the POS machine (UPI/QR scan). Cash, card swipe, and bank transfers are not accepted. Please ensure your UPI app is set up before visiting.
Tickets are non-transferable & non-refundable
Once issued, tickets cannot be transferred to another person or refunded. Please confirm your participation before completing payment.
Ticket issued on the spot
Your physical ticket is printed and handed to you immediately after a successful UPI payment at the counter.
Carry Your Ticket on Event Day
Your physical ticket is your only valid entry pass for the in-house event. You must carry the original printed ticket on the day of the event — it will be checked at the entry point.
Physical ticket = entry pass
Each student must carry the physical copy of their ticket on event day. Digital photos or screenshots of the ticket will not be accepted as entry.
Lost or damaged tickets
If your physical ticket is lost or damaged, entry will not be permitted. No duplicate tickets will be issued. Keep it safe from the moment you receive it.
Non-transferable
The ticket is valid only for the registered participant. You cannot give your ticket to someone else — entry will be denied if the ticket holder's identity doesn't match.
